What makes an application successful? Many things, but a strong design is key to building an application that is scalable, flexible and reliable. Our application development services focus on three types of applications Web ApplicationsExperience counts when it comes to building robust and scalable web applications. We have been building complex web-based applications for internet and intranet deployment since 1999. We have built a wide range of web applications from a job site to the invoicing, billing for a electricity utility. We are also flexible enough to build your web application with the tools that you have available. We can work with just about any major database (see the database page for a partial list) and we have developed web applications using Perl, PHP and ASP. Our Java experience allows us to build applets as part of your application for data-rich user experiences not otherwise possible. For example our electricity utility application has on-demand graphs for users to view all manner of relevent data (usages, weather data, pricing data) in time periods that they can zoom in and out of. Database ApplicationsOustide of web-based applications (internet and intranet) we can build new and/or work with existing database applications. If your database or database application uses ODBC or JDBC we can handle it.Please see our database page for more information on the kinds of databases we work with and the kinds of database applications we can help you build. Embedded Application (Macros)Macros (or programs embedded in other applications) can be very productive tools for getting the job done. We are experienced in both VBA (for MS Office applications like Word and Excel) and PerfectScript (for WordPerfect). Capturing data from these application to insert into data repositories, creating complex reports or documents (including legal) from templates and other data are some of the kinds of macro applications we have built and deployed. |
